Containerized Buildings
Being the leading company in its industry since 1975, Treysan, offers high quality, long-lasting and functional container structures with project-based flexible design and production. It meets the building needs of different scales from single container modules to multi-storey complex building solutions. The main carrier structures of the containers are made of bent black steel profiles, the inner and outer walls can be covered with sandwich or composite panels, the composite panel structures (RoboPanel) are made of galvanized steel sheet. Insulation material with desired properties can be used inside the base and ceiling chassis of the containers. With the feature of using insulation in the base part, the cold from the ground can be prevented. In the installation of containers, there is no need for screeding on a properly laid foundation, it can also be installed on concrete blocks, providing cost-effectiveness to users with these features.
With advanced engineering solutions and high-tech special RoboPanel coating system, containers that can be produced and installed in multi-storey (2, 3 or 4) in irequested quantities and in a timely manner in accordance with all climatic conditions, save construction area with the possibility of installation on top of each other. Containerized modules provide flexible possibilities for combining to achieve larger volumes.
Containerized buildings can be produced as flat-pack or pre-assembled based on production planning, transportation conditions and site conditions. It can be shipped flat-pack in order to reduce transportation costs, or it can be shipped pre-assembled to reduce assembly time and costs in the field.
Containerized buildings produced with the material determined according to the project requirements, climatic conditions and the technical specifications demanded by the end user, fully meet the customer demands with their features such as fire resistance, high heat and sound insulation. In addition, within the scope of Treysan's quality and holistic service approach, furniture, climate control systems, fire detection and security systems, internet and telephone infrastructures can be provided for containers.
