Treysan has become a pioneer in the prefabricated building industry in Turkey by signing the Business World Plastics Initiative with the awareness of leaving behind a sustainable world for future generations by reducing use of plastics.
Treysan has joined the Business World Plastics Initiative (IPG) and has become a signatory to the initiative, a first in its industry, to ensure that a sustainable interaction with the environment is maintained at all times during the course of its production process including but not limited to the design, manufacturing and distribution stages.
Treysan, a company with IC İbrahim Çeçen Yatırım Holding (IC Holding) has also joined the Business World Plastics Initiative which was established with the purpose to fight against plastic waste pollution in Turkey and to come together around a common goal. Treysan, based on the principle of transparent, circular, green and sustainable production has committed to regularly report to IPG its measures and actions taken and activities carried out with the purpose to eliminate, avoid or reduce the use of plastics and to ensure the effective recycling of plastic wastes generated from its operations and products.

In total, four companies of IC İbrahim Çeçen Yatırım Holding became the members of the Business World Plastics Initiative (IPG) after Treysan signed the pledge and became a signatory to the Initiative.

About the Business World Plastics Initiative
The Business Plastic Initiative is a collaborative initiative founded in 2019 on a voluntary basis in collaboration with Global Compact Türkiye (Turkey), Business Council for Sustainable Development Türkiye (Turkey) (BCSD Türkiye) and Turkish Industry and Business Association (TÜSIAD) with the purpose to encourage concrete actions of the private sector tackling the plastic problem and to bring together existing actions under the sustainable development goals. The Business World Plastics Initiative, which was launched in 2019 with 26 signatory companies today reached 51 signatory companies that signed the pledge and has been leading in the fight against the plastic problem and plastic waste pollution in Türkiye (Turkey) and in taking concrete steps and actions for transition to circular economy in plastics in the light of the internationally shared
